off the top of my head, the only thing I can think of them eating are apples, and a million pastries (some containing apples like apple fritters....) oh and other snacks.. like a Moose Moose, and doughnut city... lol

time, and you need to lose a lot more body fat then you will ever think you needed to. believe it or not, it doesnt matter what you do..... its just a matter of having a low enough body fat %.... thats it. crunches, workouts, etc... none really matter.. thats why we say abs are made in the kitchen.. theres nothing special…

WEIGHT is a function of calories in vs calories out.... This is more for body composition..... for weight.. you need to eat less or move more... also if you've been dieting for a prolonged period of time, you have to recognise that your BMR will not be the same as your calculated BMR, but less due to a reduced metabolism..…

sometimes I eat just one 2000+ calorie meal a day. late at night. ... infront of people that go "how does that *kitten* stay thin when he just ate ALL THAT!" its fun. The restaurant I do this at is just infront of Curves. I recommend it.

because its been 8 days and the standard MFP plan has someone losing weight at a rate slow enough that it can be covered up by drinking water or a change in sodium levels. (or in women, menstruation)

meh, you dont have to eat anything special before. you may feel better if you eat a sugar cookie or something similar afterward.... anything with a little sugar (like the cookies or juice they usually offer) helps almost immediately.. any carbs (like they flour in the cookie or potato chips) will help you for the next hour…
