just tested out the nuwave oven and made some spicy/masala chickpeas and it turned out so crunchy and amazing!!! 1 can chickpeas washed placed it on the pan they provided sprayed some olive oil pam spray sprinkled cumin powder, chilli powder, salt, pepper etc. gave it a shake so it spreads evenly stuck it in the Nuwave for…

and maybe this is a *duh* point but thought I would throw it out there... my digital scale has to be set on a tiled surface to give very accurate readings on a carpet surface it's wayyyy off :) don't know if that helps

I loved the vanilla protein whey powder- I used to mix with a cup of almond milk, 1 tblsp peanut butter/almond butter, and handful of spinach the chocolate whey powder (pretty much the same) - almond milk, strawberries, spinach, nut butter etc.

hi there! I've always maintained a vegetarian diet from when I was young....and yes I have to make sure that I take a multivitamin everyday and eat lots of green foods :) it's not difficult and you'll have lots of fun cooking veggie items, many many good recipes online!!! welcome to the club! :)

completely agree :) same here, I have started to double think....even triple think the items I put in my shopping cart, on my plate, in my mouth. I've also started reading labels on anything and everything! :) It's a good thing I think! yay to us!

Initially I used to, to track how much I went up by.....and afterwards, how much I lost. But not anymore, I wait till everything is over over overr and then a day or two until I step on the scale :)
