I have done hummus in the middle instead of the yolk. I have done 2 hard boiled egg whites (34 calories) and 1 Tablespoon of hummus split between the halves (35 calories) is about a 70 calorie snack. Very filling.

Really want to know how you did this. Please share. I started on January 5th and have only lost 11 pounds. I am probably shorter, but my starting weight was about the same.

I'm in Schaumburg. I can always use support and motivation too. I lost 70 pounds using this site 3 years ago, but have since gained back about 40. I keep trying to get back on track but nothing seems to be working.

I know the sauce will add more calories. I will add that to my food diary too. I am just curious about the ribs because I already know the sauce information. I make my egg salad with one egg and one egg white to cut calories and then only use 1/2 tbsp. or light mayo with olive oil. You don't need as much as you think. But another thing you can try is to use the Laughing Cow Light Cheese Wedges for 35 calories per wedge.

I take my inhaler right before I workout and it helps. If I forget I can't workout at all. I can now run 45 minutes straight as long as I take the inhaler first.

Try upping your calories to 1300-1400. I noticed for me that 1200 wasn't enough and I needed more. You are also not supposed to go below 1200 and if you are working out and burning calories, you are now lower than 1200 calories for the day. So try adding 50-100 calories to your total and see if that helps.

Thanks for the replies. I am glad I am not the only one who feels it's annoying. I think I will start changing and getting ready while it's playing. That's a great idea. You have to convert it. Most peolpe put foods into the databased based on what the package says, not what a recpie calls for. I bookmarked an onine conversion website, so I can convert it. Then I change the serving size depending on the recipe. Hope that helps.

Might make this for dinner tonight. I might try to make it in a muffin pan for portion control, but not sure if it will cook the same way. I do this with regular meatloaf, but don't know if it will dry ground chicken out.

Why don't you go downstairs and ask your neighbors? Ask them the best time or if you normally make to much noise. I live on second floor and my neighbor (not nicely I might add) said we are loud and shake the walls. I still do DVD's, but do them either when I know she isn't home or in the afternoon. It isn't ideal for me…
