I did not like Workout 7 at all! I would place it in a category with Cardio 2 and then BURN THEM! UGHH! However, I really enjoyed Workout 8. I felt strong! I love the changes in my body so I'm gonna keep chugging along!

I HATE Cardio 2!!! It's doable but I too felt like I may die! Never thought I'd want to go back to Cardio 1 but I think I do now!

As Jillian says "just show up!" You can do it! I started Week 5 yesterday and I swear I feel like a total BAD A** when my workout is over!!! I am loving my arm definition and I have ABS!!!!!!!!!!!! I love Jillian!!! :love:

I do my workout and then take the kids to daycare so I eat breakfast when I get back before I have to leave for work. That consists of Oatmeal and a cup of chocolate milk.

I ordered a Polar FT4 from bodytronics.com and it had different sizes for the strap. It fits me perfectly and stays in place and is not uncomfortable in the least. I am also petite at 5'2 and 118 lbs. I LOVE mine! Worth the money! I couldn't imagine not working out without it now!

I did each level for 10 days before moving on. By the 10th day you will be ready to go! It DOES get easier. Hang in there!

My Sister in Law did this last year and lost over 30 pounds in about 4 months. It does work but it's all about discipline as with any weight loss/fitness program.
