  • I was supposed to be starting it back up again today but my in laws are here so now I've got to move it around again and start Thursday since I do C25K every other day so now instead of 30DS Tue/Thu/Sat it is now going to be Thu/Sat/Sun GRRRR was looking forward to starting it again today as well!
  • I usually eat after my workout because I do it first thing in the morning, (5am) so I usually eat when I get to work at 7am.

  • I'm on week 4 run 3 tomorrow eeeek getting harder and harder each week which is expected really i suppose lol! But I'm really enjoying it, before i couldn't even run a few steps but now I can do a lot more, it's a great achievement to me being able to run more and more each week!
  • Yea I gain about 5lbs when its TOM, I never weigh myself on the week that I'm on because I know the scale will jump up!
  • I've made that before, I usually make cakes for the guys at work and I'm pretty good at resisting them as well

  • Sometimes I will log everything I have planned to eat for the day in the morning, and sometimes I have to go back to it and delete or change things because of one thing or another, but then sometimes I log food as I eat.
