read the ingredients on the back of the Sarah Lee package, that should give you some idea of why its not moldy. My roommate had some on the counter for like 3 months and it didnt mold. ACK! gross! Im 5'7 and my goal is 145. I am definitely large-framed and athletic, and I want to fit into a size 8, so if 145 gets me there Ill be happy I think :)

^ it feels like doing yoga in a rainforest :) and I so agree about the openess and flexibility! even after taking a pretty long yoga break, like 6 months, in the hot classes my (SUUUPER tight) quads and hip flexors are better than in my other classes. but I love both :)

yep. baked goods are my downfall. either give them away, or throw them away. You were awesome to buy them and support a fundraiser, but honestly, no matter how you look at it, those donuts are gonna end up in the trash ;P save yourself the excess empty calories.

omgggg so much: chocolate chip cookies. cakes/cupcakes/scones etc. Salty snacks-cheezits, goldfish popcorn etc. Mac and cheese. haha notice a pattern? salty, cheezy, sweet nomnomnom and THATS how I got to be 35 lbs overwheight

Im not a fan of drinking cow's milk, never have been (except in tea or coffee) I grew up on a mix of rice and soy, and now I LOVE almond milk because it has super low cal, a nice taste and way less sugar than soy. Coconut is also delicious.

Ohhhh some great ideas! and yes Im curious about the coconut based yogurt too! I like coconut milk very much, although almond is still my favorite.

Seltzer and Synergy Kombucha (at Whole Foods or sim store) bubbles and you can add a little lemon juice or some berries to add the taste. I find that when I stop soda cold turkey, and drink other things instead (I have a Starbucks unsweetened green tea addiction) I dont even crave it anymore.

I avoid lots of carby and especially bread-like things because they dont keep me full, the exception is oatmeal, which I eat plain, or with splenda and nuts. My go-to breakfast is Fage 0 or 2% with blueberries, ground cinnamon and ground flax. Keeps me the fullest the longest or eggs/whites with veggies and a little cheese…

I started around 173, and my goal is 146, and honestly, although I see my clothes loosening up a little, and the inches going down a bit, I am slowly seeing the scale creep down over time. For me I think its a pretty slow and equal process of small losses on the scale and small losses on the measuring tape.
