  • It would depend on how much more you have to lose... I do lower fat 65% and moderate protein, but enough to fuel my work outs. I also pay attention to portion sizes and cals. When I stall it is because I am not measuring (eating out more), or indulging too much with peanut butter and cheeses.
  • My weight stalled for months and it was due to peanut butter. I find it difficult to measure a tablespoon..... I removed PB for a week and the scale moved. Now I have PB in moderation, no longer an everyday thing because it gets pretty addictive to me due to the sugar. Good luck!
