I hit a plateau a month in too. For me it's just about changing things up a bit and adding more reps/weight to my strength training stuff as well as switching up the cardio. I hope to break through this week and see some movement on the scale again.

there are so many alternative nut butters out there, even wal-mart carries some. Personally I just skip PB and use Nutella. It's way healthier :P

Oh totally. I found the site because of the app as well. I love how great it is for tracking but I agree that it could use the profile and whatnot. It's not that big of a pain though for me to just use my browser on my phone to come to the site if I want to approve friends or post something.

Yup that's the thing. I am choosing to eat healthier because I don't like processed foods. They are never as good as fresh home made ingredients and I really like knowing what is in what I am eating but at the end of the day it's about the caloric intake!
