MFP calorie counter is off? It matched perfectly with my Stamina4825 bike. So I'm not actually burning 500 calories in an hour of hard intervals?

Some bottled water has stuff added to it. Dasani bugs my moms throat exactly like you describe. Lots of added minerals. Make sure you read the label close. Even on bottled water.

I feel like logging makes me think about food more and make excuses to eat more lol. I recently took a break but it hasn't harmed me because I'm making good choices and still losing weight. I plan to start logging again after the weekend.

I can't do 40 squats or that many crunches. I might try this when I get in better shape. I did 10 squats and thought I'd die. But I did have 10lbs of weights in my hands.

a 4 and a 10 in juniors would not be the same at all. When I was 130-140 lbs I ranged from a 7-8. 9's were too big and 5's were way to small. I tried on a lot of pants. I can't wear anything but a 13 right now in all sizes.

Hold the railing. I never did until I fell on top of my pom. He yelped and yelped. I felt sooooo bad. It was just a freak thing. Luckily he wasn't hurt, just scared. I didn't land directly on him. I always use railings now lol
