Just got my Charge in the mail today. Got my account set up and am charging the unit. Pretty psyched to get started, although when I linked MFP with Fitbit, the directions on how to log properly disappeared too quickly. Anyone have a link to that message?

I actually had a bug in my nether regions once...and it was at that moment I decided to stop line drying my knickers. Regardless, to this day I still turn them inside out before putting them on - JUST IN CASE. True story.

I did a whole 12 week program after a car accident sidelined me for several months. It was crazy the results I got, because it was twice the food and half the exercise I was used to. Stick with it the whole 12 weeks, you'll be amazed.

Ask your trainer to articulate WHY women don't process it as well. Ask him/her to articulate the difference between a male and female stomach. My guess is you'll get a deer in the headlights stare. I use it every day. It is a slower digesting protein than whey, good for before bedtime.
