I like what PollyPhoenix says! I have to have veggies in the freezer because I will always know yummy, nutritious food is near. I've told my bf my diet concerns. He tries not to trigger me so we're both happy, lol

Upping my protein has improved my moods (less grouchy) and I see results faster. I spent years thinking I didn't need extra protein, boy was I wrong.

This is my goal for April. I've gone months without added sugar but last month was the worst in a long time. My body is craving crap now because my indulgences lead to meals of pure sugar. We can do this!

Every person is different. I need a whey protein shake (at least once a day) because I would never hit my macros. Others eat a variety of protein rich food so they don't need whey protein.

Please don't, you receive vitamins and minerals from fruit. If someone told me that I should cut fruit out of my life I would hit them.

I never think about mine until someone points them out. But I guess you don't obsess about something you've taken for granted.

But why? Eating food is not a dirty thing. So much of enjoying food are the smells, visual appeal and taste.

I don't drink milk at all but if I do it's almond milk and sometimes soy (I know, I know) But I do bake with regular, full fat milk.
