  • I'm making a dinner tonight using stweded tomatoes. It's called Ravioli Casserole, check it out on Pillsbury.com website (that's wereh I got It).
  • Consult your dr, but most state add an addition 300-500 calories. YOu can try eating extra fruit, or spacing your meals out all day long as to get your full calories in. Also, remember to eat your exercise calories. BTW congratulations.
  • It's b/c MFP is calculating your exercise goals into your calorie allowance. Eat all your calories back when you exercise, and on non exercise days either eat your 1200 or I usually eat 1500 (on those days).
  • I love PB2. will have to get the other stuff and try this weeknd. Thanks.
  • here check this out: http://caloriecount.about.com/calories-coconut-meat-i12104
  • Have you tried Advocare? I use and sell it.
  • I wouldn't mind joining you. I have 40 left to go, but already lost 98lbs. I like to encourage others on their new path.
  • huh, that is totally interesting to bring up and think about. I would assume you could whittle yourself down to whatever, but it all depends on your bone structure. That you cannot change. For my family, we have big hips. I would assume for myself, I can tone them down, but they will still stick out.
  • We have started buying Powder peanut butter. It litterally has 3 ingrediants and all I can read and understand (to make peanut butter you just add water, or simply sprinkle on your stuff)
  • I have read similar results from people on here that state they loose a bunch of weight, but once they go off (which you are supposed to every 3 month), they gain weight. And yes your diet is only 500 calories and no exercise.
  • Most definately! here you will have access to machines that will tone up your body. I love working out at our Local YMCA.
  • I lke to make meatloaf but bake in muffin pan and serve with oven roasted potatoes. In the meatloaf I add chopped up broccoli/cauliflower/sweet potatoes, etc (what ever to get some veggies in it). Also use egg beaters, and mix my loaf 1lb grnd beef and 1lb grnd turkey. Easy on ketchup.
  • Yes it does adjust. You can adjust each time you weigh in, or it will prompt you when you loose 10lbs incriments.
  • Becareful. I lost weight and had mine resized, only to loose more weight and now need it resized again. As much as it pains me, I no longer wear it (actually we both dont b/c they dont fit). I hope this helps. I would try one of those bands you can put int he back first.
  • I agree,w hat are you talking about.
  • I take Suppliment through Advocare, along with extra Omegaplex (its their fish oil for my hair and nails, and heart). Have had wonderful success with them.

  • becareful of one day liquid cleanses. I am currently doing a 10 day cleanse that totally makes you feel better. It's through Advocare. Gives you great energy without any harsh side effects.
  • I take a product called Catalyst by Advocare, that has helped me tone down. It takes away the fat, not muscle. I know your thinking it's a quick fix trick, but Advocare products are not like that.
  • Maybe your settings are not correct. or don't work out as much if you aren't comfortable eating it all back. Would help if you opened up your dairy
  • Check out Advocare's meal replacement shakes. They are very filling, and the chocolate tastes like chocolate pudding. very awesome. I do them on the weekends.
  • I do an AdvoCare cleanse every 90 days. Very gentle, and does give you a wonderful feeling afterwell. Goes well with the rest of their products my husband and I take.
  • YOu need to eat more protien in your meals. will keep you fuller longer. I would take a look at what you are eating to make sure it's not just mindless calories.
  • Sorry to just get back to you, Just saw your post. I exercise 4-5 times a week only because I was doing that before I started on Advocare. As for my husband, he hardly exercises and has lost 26lbs in just over a month. It is totally opitional to work out.
  • I too have had a c-section (actually 2 of them). I do leg lifts to get my down (it hasnt' left comepletely but getting very smaller). I lay down on a bench pressing machine and raise my legs all the way up and then lower all the way down. I started with 10 reps per set, and can now do 3 sets. Hope this helps.
  • I take AdvoCare Suppliments. They are tested for all types of substances. I love them.
  • I completely agree with you. i try to find tricks to get what is needed at lower costs. We buy meat that has the reduced yellow sticker on it and just freeze it. I shop for produce at Aldi's, and only buy what is in season. looking forward to this summer when we can grow our own stuff.
  • check out couch to 5k. it has a great program on there to get you running
  • Not sure how to tell. Something about a deck of cards. But I would suggest spending $20 and buying a food scale. I find my benficial all the time. Use it daily.
  • When dating I tended to pick men who were large themselves b/c I was large. Now that I have lost weight (and married), I tend to think men who have a healthy body look to them are more attractive. My husband is currently loosing weight too, and I have told him I do not want bulky muscles, I do not find attractive, but…
