Just put it on 1 lbs a week. Eat back most of your exercise. Enjoy life. It take some time but will work better.

That's why ex top sporters are fat.. They are use to eat everyhing they can get a hand on. If u stop burning then u must stop eating. I had the same, not a top sporter but was sporting and burning a lot. Changed the burning and not the eating...

to loose a weight you need to eat under your TDEE yours is 1628, so if u eat more (without exercise u will gain weight. To loose weight eat 1300 o day netto. (re-eat ure exercise)

if u eat more protein you get full earlier. 1200 is 12 spoons of oil, or 20 eggs... Both are the same cals...
