Probably not. I love Body Pump, I think it's a great workout. Why don't you just modify it? I follow the class but at my own pace. For example, when doing Squats I add more weight then most of the class and I go at my pace. So I do fewer reps then the others, but with much more weight. I do that for all the exercises.…

No, it's not wrong to want to impress others. Whatever motivates you :) If it's looking great in pictures for social media sites... great! I mean, you're just 20yrs old!! Nevertheless, i hope that you're able to learn a lot from this journey and gain more confidence and learn to like yourself and not care what others think.

Yes, I think there is a BIG difference. I would change from long distance running to sprints. Walking and long distance will leave your body skinny, soft, flabby and scrawney until your butt-less. Sprinting, on the other hand, will do wonderful things and leave your body strong and awesome. :)

If you're trying to lose weight or get fit... eating Fast Food is not going to get you anywhere. I guess you just don't want it bad enough to stop eating junk.... when you're ready, you'll stop. Good luck.

Quest Bars are the best! Best ingrediants ever and lots of protein! I love chocolate chip cookie dough and chocolate brownie. If you warm it up for like 15 seconds, it's even better :)

Wowzers, 5x per week?! My advice, DON"T EAT OUT! If getting fit is your goal, then you need to pack your lunch. 70% of your fitness depends on your nutirition. Don't let other people's lack of dedication keep you from getting fit. Stay away from those people! lol

I know what you mean! Hang in there and take it one day at a time. Are you lifting weights?? Building muscle?? They say only muscle looks good naked. I would NOT consider Subway a treat meal. And wow, that is a lot of calories for subway. My treat meals consist of In & Out, animal style and I don't regret them :) It's OK, don't feel bad just workout extra hard today!

Hello! The way to burn fat , like really burn fat is to do HIGH INTENSITY - short duration cardio. So I think that instead of jogging or walking fast you should sprint. I've read that working out to much can be counter productive. Your body releases the stress hormone cordisol which basically eats muscle. Are you going 2x a day because you like Zumba?
