I love the 200 calorie nut mixes from PLanters or add avocado to your salad or use some coconut oil when cooking. High density calories with healthy fats! Should help!

But body composition isnt ALL based on weight. I have barely moved the scale..and I dont even care as I have dropped a size. Add muscle. Forget the scale. Changes will come.

I know there are tons of opionion on this and you can spend all kinds of $$- but I really liked the LEan Body for her shakes- individual packets, can find at HEB (boxes of 30) Vanilla is great and can add frozen fruits. Taste good, 130 calories high protein lower sugars.
