You should do the squats before you run to fatigue your muscles a little, don't do an excess amount of them though, just enough to make them feel slightly fatigued. I would suggest doing a dynamic stretch routine, then squats, then run, then a static stretch routine.

I would have taken the light dumbbell and knocked him the **** out with it

If you are very active you won't have regular periods. I know, I was like that ever since I started my period. I was so active and had a very low body fat percentage and was skinny so I almost never had a regular period. Doesn't mean anything is wrong it just means your body can't have a period every single month. I very…

When I work out a lot I'm hungry ALL.THE.TIME. and it really sucks....lol I feel like my whole life revolves around eating. If you're hungry to the point of getting a headache EAT!!! Food is fuel, and if you're on empty you're gonna break down. If you're having a craving for a bad food and you don't wanna go over your…

Can't speak from personal experience here, but my dad is someone who is crazier than you. He runs 50 and 100 mile races pretty regularly. He started with marathons and worked his way to ultras, then to 50's and finally 100's. His training runs are 30-40 miles multiple times a week getting ready for the 100, with rest a…

This actually made me LOL!! Either we have a troll or someone who doesn't know English using google translate...I'm going to go with the latter

Gross...compression shorts are to be worn UNDER regular shorts. I'd be "grinning" too if I saw a guy working out in just compression shorts while thinking "dude has no shame" don't get me wrong, if you work out at home then go ahead and wear just the compression shorts, but not in public

Hasfit.com Click all workouts, then home workouts, then abs It's a lot more than just crunches and I find them to be motivating and enjoyable

Lol it's clear some people are on their period while answering your question. Yeah it's normal...a lot of women bloat and gain a little weight while on their period. It's temporary and will go away.

I hate people taking forever at a machine too but that's life. The other things you mentioned....why the **** do you care what everyone else is doing?? I'm glad you don't go to a gym, people like you judging others is why people feel self conscious at gyms. Let people do what they gotta do and leave it at that. Unless…

If you exercise regularly (cardio and weights) then you shouldn't gain a ton of weight. Emphasize cardio while doing weights for strength, not mass. As for the urges, I don't know since I've never been a smoker but you could always go for a run or lift some weights every time you get an urge. You'll be in shape and NOT…

I can handle eating pizza but anything super greasy and fried I get bloated and feel sick for hours. Then I have diarrhea. So I no longer eat fast food lol. Sugary things are okay as long as I only have a tiny bit...I'm not a sweets person anyways. I still really enjoy extra hot Cheetos though :)

Ironic that a helmet caused his injury. Always wear a helmet while riding a bike, it might look "uncool" but it can definitely save your life! Yes...even riding slowly cause **** happens. I personally like ProTech helmets. They fit more securely on my head and more of my head is covered. Yeah it's not too breathable, but I…

Yeah cause I'm sweaty and gross after I'm done working out...I like to get clean and change into some dry clothes right away. Also we have water meters here, which sucks. So yeah I shower at the gym all the time

So it's not okay to eat junk for the rest of your life?? ......the ****??
-
How about you worry about YOUR workout and not about someone you don't even know. Worry about yourself and **** everyone else. Is your life really that pathetic you have to stare at other people and judge them at a gym? I guess the answer to that question is obvious. As for the phone thing...move to another treadmill or…

http://hasfit.com/workouts/home/ab/cardio-abs/ If you go at his pace it's pretty tough...before you do it make sure you have a strong core and endurance.Theres a bunch of other ab workouts on that site as well, but that one is the longest at 30 minutes

Switch it up, don't do the same thing every day. Some days run at a comfortable pace while still pushing yourself for 30 minutes, other days do 30 minutes of interval training, and other days do 30 minutes of hills. You have to do different things to challenge your body to get faster and stronger, if you do the same thing…
Serious question: so what would you say is the difference between someone who literally can't help herself when it comes to food and continuously succumbs to her compulsion to overeat even though she doesn't want to (i.e., someone who "has no self-control," as you put it) and a legit "food addict"?
What's…

"Food addiction" is 100% mental. Food is NOT drug that you get addicted to such as coke, meth, alcohol, ect... "I'm addicted to food" is just another sad excuse people use to tell themselves they can't be healthy, fit, skinny, or whatever they want they're using their excuse for.
-
I agree...that mentality is for losers who always come up with an excuse why they can't improve themselves or their life, it's always someone else's fault. Don't give up before you try. It's just another excuse to NOT go after what you want. That goes for anything, not just exercise.

Pizza!!!

Now THAT'S offensive....lol
-
That doesn't sound snotty at all, sounds like she was trying to be encouraging. You sound a bit jealous there seeing as how you called her a skinny snot and then saying she's not all that. Don't let people get to you so much.

Fast food in general...especially Taco Bell. Now I pretty much never eat fast food, once every couple months. Buying food from the grocery store is not only cheaper but way healthier too (depending on what you buy lol). I feel so much better and have a ton more energy now that I don't eat fast food. Oh and soda....I used…

I'm using hasfit.com there's a 30 day abs workout routine on there along with a bunch of other more advanced ab workouts that aren't in the 30 day program as well. I'm in the process of doing the 30 day ab workout routine now, and it's definitely working. Give it a shot! Good luck
