I weighed in last Thursday but forgot to post it. Same weight no change!! Oh well at least it's not a gain which I'm pretty sure I'll see this week as I've been terrible!! Must get back into it and remember why I wanted to loose weight in the first place!

My trick is to carry a bottle everywhere and just remind myself to keep taking sips. Also if I'm low on water I make myself skull a glass before I eat lunch/dinner. This not only helps to make me full faster but also increase my water intake.
