I am no expert but it doesn't look like you are consuming enough calories to fuel your body which would cause you body to go into starvation mode. Curious what others think?

Wish I could still Shred ... after 4 days I now have shin splints. :( Which is really disheartening because I was so proud of myself and really think this was the jump start I needed. I am going to get fitted for new shoes or might possibly even try doing this barefoot? Any thoughts or has anyone had the same issue?

Push thru it today girl! By day 3 it gets easier and you can walk lol I am on day 4 today (skipped last night because I simply ran out of time) :D

The ssian drumsticks are to DIE for!!! Yummmmm... I have tried the 3 bean chili, the zucchini turkey burgers and the Swedish meatballs. I have to say everything so far has been amazing!!

Day two DOWN... On to day 3 tonight! ! ! After completing day 1 my arms were killing me the next day. After day 2 my legs are sore (think I am even walking funny lol)and my arms feel ok. Proud of myself for pushing myself to complete last night :D If I can do it YOU CAN TOO!!!

Try Gina's (Skinnytaste.com) Slow Cooker Lasagna was great and also the 3 Bean Chili was terrific as well.
