  • Did Level 1 Day 3 today. It was really hard today. Each time I thought I couldn't go on and stopped she would say 2 more, and I would push through. It just seemed harder today.
  • Just finished level 1 Day 2. I finished week 2 of my C2K5 right before I did Shred, and it was a lot harder today.
  • I am taking 1500mg a day. I started really working out and counting calories 16 days ago, and as of today, have lost 5 lbs in those 16 days. Was really frustrated yesterday, because I was only down 2.4 lbs, but weighed today and it is finally moving again. Nothing before that. I am working out a lot, and trying to eat…
  • Level 1 Day 1 complete. I am a little sore in my legs and feet, but not too bad. I have been working out hard at the gym for 16 days, and started C25K last week, so I am sure that helped, because the past attempts at doing the shred were failure after 2 or 3 days.
  • I don't know of any but would love to hear anyone else's feedback on this. I have been on Metformen almost 3 months, and have lost 3 lbs, and that was when I started counting calories and exercise 2 weeks ago. I keep reading success stories about how much weight has been lost using metformen, but so far I haven't felt any…
  • You look fantastic. What a great inspiration you are.
  • Oh yes, Very hard. I have struggled with loosing for such a long time and didn't know why when I was counting calories and working out 2 hours a day I was having very little results. I did this for about 9 months last year and lost 8 pounds. Very frustrating. Now I have been diagnosed and know why its been so hard. It was…
  • I love going to Zumba at the Y. I was so scared to go and try it, and I am sure I am the largest one there, but everyone is there having fun and I don't feel like they are judging me. I am so glad I finally just did it and am going to continue. I have Zumba on the Wii, but have only done it a couple of times and don't like…
  • I have been on Metformin for 2 months now, with no results in either loosing weight or conceiving. We are trying for #2 after just being officially diagnosed with PCOS. It took me 10 years to conceive #1. I keep seeing how it helps people to loose weight, and am hoping now that I am changing my eating and exercise habits…
  • Hi, I was recently diagnosed with PCOS, but sure that I have had it for a very long time. I have endometriosis, and my past doctor said possible PCOS, but never diagnosed or treated. I have been battling my weight for a very long time, and am glad to finally know why it has been so much harder for me than a regular person.…
  • You look amazing. Such an inspiration.
  • I am in the same boat, except 75 pounds to loose. I was doing really good last year and just quit too. I have been at it for 5 days now, and feel like this is the time that I am changing my life. I also just turned 35 and the milestone made me want to loose even more. I told my husband last night that instead of just…
  • My favorites are J-Lo, and Black Eyed Peas, but I work out to them everyday, and could use something different, but would like a similar style.
  • This sounds so good!
  • I will have to try this. I knew you could use apple sauce, but never thought about egg substitute. My almost 3 year old is always asking me for cupcakes, but the temptation isn't worth it most the time, so this will make me much less guilty if I indulge and make her so happy.

  • I love to workout to my Black Eyed Peas C.D., but I need something fresh with a beat like that. I also like the new JLO CD.
  • Keep sticking to it. I have only been going strong for 35 days, and I was really hungry at first. Now I only get really hungry after I work out hard. I also agree eating the right snacks. I am a stay at home mom, and my daughter and I have been snacking on popcorn alot, and fruit, but the popcorn seems to help. Not sure…
  • Lately my snacks, besides fruit, I am really liking the 60calorie sugar free jello's, yoplait dessert yogurts, mini rice cakes, popcorn, and cheese and crackers.
  • Good to see you are all cheesy:) Yes, I do portion it out, weigh it, or get pre portioned, and yes I use 2%. I have a serving once or twice a day. I am not a milk drinker either, so I was justifying it by needing it. I work out hard, and didn't think it was all that bad. Just really wondered if it would stall weight loss…
  • Way to go Momma. I wish I had cut back on the calories while BFing. I gave in to the extra hunger that it gave me, and am now battleing the bulge with a 2 1/2 year old. And awesome that your BFing.:) I believe by 6 months I was lower on supply, because baby was starting baby food at this point, so not needing as much milk.…
  • Chicken fajita taco salad, minus the shell and sour cream.
  • I had a whole wheat tortilla, 1 scrambled egg, 2 slices of bacon, and 1/4 cup 2% cheese. Usually don't have the bacon, but had a house guest, so splurged a little. And I always have my coffee with white chocolate mocha creamer. Mmmmm.
  • Oh, and I like the actual Zumba class much better than the Wii Zumba. I do both, but Wii Zumba is hard to tell exactly what you should be doing with your feet, and it is mirror image, so that makes it hard for me. I prefer being behind someone that is doing what I need to do so I can follow.
  • This is what I use too.
  • I love working out to Black Eyed Peas, but I really need something new, because I am getting tired of the same thing everyday.
  • You look great. Great job.
  • Hi, I have about the same amount to go. I've lost 10 so far. All I can say is I have really done so much better since I started logging on MFP everyday, even if I go over. It makes me accountable for everything, and by doing so I decide to not eat as much as I might have if I were not logging it. Also, a MFP friend…
  • I am from TX too. You can add me as a friend. I consider myself kinda new to this as I have only been consistant about 11 days now, but joined a while ago.
