On days that i'm exercising, i allow myself to have water. it can become a health risk otherwise! and it's about 15 hours here too. Next year is going to be even harder!

antibacterial soap and warm water. do it once every two weeks for brushes used on eyebrows and once a week for foundation, blush/bronzer, and lip brushes.

it depends on your source of sugar. i would try to keep refined sugar to a minimum but if you find that most of your sugar is coming from dairy and fruit, i wouldn't worry about it. you need both in your diet.

luckily for me, my school has a fantastic selection of healthy foods and small snacks. my problem lies with going out: first drinking and then all of the food consumed when drunk.

you can't spot reduce fat. but you can get better shaped thighs with cardio (running, elliptical, bike, etc) or you can do hip abductions. squats and lunges will tone the muscle as well.

no recommendations on the hunger thing but i will say that some steroids will make you puffy and retain water so don't be too terribly shocked if you see your weight jump.

i love the stuff. have a tablespoon of it almost every morning. while it is calorie-dense, i don't find myself ever wanting more than 1-2 tablespoons. that's more than enough for a pb&j for me.
