Running and work schedule
I'm a teacher, and over the summer I work at an amusement park. This job has me on me feet nearly all day, and the shifts are long - 10-12 hours. I plan to work Wednesdays (9:30-7), Fridays (9:30-10p) and Saturdays (9:30-10p). I put in around 20k steps on a Wednesday shift and 25-30k steps on a Friday/Saturday. I started…

Just started Stronglifts - can't OHP with bar
So I managed 3x5 without dropping the bar on myself and stopped there so that I wouldn't. Bruises are rarely flattering, yanno. Finding the Right Balance
I think I might be exercising too much. I don't get DOMS too bad, and I don't have any sharp pains. But I'm tired all the time. In the mornings, I run. Most days it's 2-3 miles; once a week I go for a longer run (6 miles). In the evenings after work, I have exercise classes - Zumba 3 days a week and strength 2 days a week.…
