not sure, since i put myself under the lightly active category. doesn't that factor this in already?

i want a fitbit, or something similar.
i just saw all the different types of fitbits. recommendations? or similar products? i want to see what my daily activity level is like. and i like seeings how many steps i walk. i also like seeing how that translates to calories burnt based on my heart rate. anything similar out there? pros cons?

as my weight goes down will my calorie goal change?
i havent noticed a change yet. started at 165. now at 155.

i work full time (35 hrs a week) 5 days a week, in retail at a bookstore. i put books away. help people with their tablets. back up in the cafe. back up at the registers. back up at customer service. clean up the mess customers leave behind like slobs. (usually all of those things daily.) sometimes when i am home on my day…

i see people use the term when talking about their weight AND when talking about counting calories. it's a little gray area and i am not sure what it means.

i lovvveee milk omfg. but whats a better substitute when eating cereal? :c if i drink almond milk, i lose about 7 grams of protien per cup. while its less calories, i dont like losing protien..
