I found making a menu for the day is easier if I start with the things I know I will want to snack on, LOL!! Then, I build my main meals around those. weird knee irritation

feeling frustrated
because on my 4.2 mile walk I am not sure if I am close enough on "guessing" calories burned. I don't have a heart monitor, yet, and so I just guesstimate.
