EASY and FAST breakfast ideas
I'd like to stick with LCHF way of eating, but since I'm just getting back into this...I need ideas/reminders of breakfasts that are fast and easy to make in the mornings, or if I can make it ahead and micro it in the morning that works too. I have maybe 20 minutes or less to myself most mornings.

magnesium
Ok so I want to continue to try magnesium, but I've tried two different brands now, and one I frankly can't choke down the pill anymore. Its like those huge purple dog pills. Seriously. The other one makes me have immediate diarreah, Natures bounty is tht one. the other is store brand.

I Completed my first ever race a 10K!!!
I still don't poop normal, but it's only been 3 days.... So many mixed emotions and physical things happened that day! But I'm so proud and so gosh darned excited!!!! I ran/jogged the first 3 miles then from there I walked, but I finished! I finished!!!! Yay!!!
