Still losing in a diet break?
If you take a diet break for 1-2 weeks and still lose, does that mean your probably not eating enough still (and thus your cut is incorrect?).

How important are the macros?
How important are the macros? Are they just to guide you to making more fulfilling choices with your food? Or if you ignored them, and stuck to you TDEE cut calories - would you gain / STS compared to using them, sticking to calories?

Or does it not matter, as long as your sticking within calories and hitting macros as best as you can? I've seen some people talking about clean eating - does it make or break the EMTWL method?

If I include this - activity
Hi, I do 4x hour boxing fitness classes a week, and 1 x body combat class. But once I'm back off vacation I would like to incorporate weight sessions - 2x body pump classes. With that in mind, is my exercise still classed as moderate? I might reduce classes by 1 (remove body combat) - and add the body pump classes.

Taking a break
Hi, Do you have to 'settle' before you can take a break? I'm planning on starting tomorrow, and doing 6 weeks at TDEE-15% before then taking 1 week break on TDEE calories. Is this how it is meant to work, or am I meant to be give my body longer to adapt before taking the break? Thanks
