MAJOR thing just happened....
At my desk, getting a little hungry. Brought some snacks from home - red pear or 100 cal. pkg of M&Ms. Any day prior to this one, I would have chosen the chocolate, but decided to go with pear. It tasted so good and think it will tie me over until dinner. Sounds silly but this is a big movement forward for me!

Loving the "Sara Lee Sandwich Thins"
I really like these things (whole wheat is great). Thin enough to hold my sandwich stuff in but not too thick. Like a squished roll. Hate thicker bread because it gets in the way of the flavor of my sandwich and lots of cals. Toasted half of one and put a tablespoon of peanut butter for a snack - it was awesome! :)

VICTORY IS MINE!
Truly corny post but I was able to plan a nice evening out with friends that included some dessert and stayed within calories. Stressed all day but kept rehearsing my food menus for the day in my head and it really helped. Weighed in this morning with another 1.5 lbs down! Just had to share.

Wow. I just got back from lunch and feel uncomfortably stuffed. I had a BLT and small cup of bean soup (large amount of calories planned for!). I feel like I just ate a full Thanksgiving meal! Several months ago this would have been a small meal for me! Is this all in my mind?
