Wisdom teeth...... what to eat?
I just got my wisdom teeth out and i was told I can not workout for 4 days (until monday) and i can only eat soft foods (again until monday) so should i worry about trying to stay within my calories and macros or should i just eat whatever i can and want for these for days even though i can not work out?

when in a bulk phase you have to eat above maintance. Your body gets used to eating so many calories a day. When you switch to a cut phase you must eat considerably less. How hard is it to go from eating above maintance to eat significantly less?
