I'm in Stage 2 where 15 minutes of Interval Training is added. Do you do the interval tr only after Workout B or after Both workouts? I did A today and didn't do the intervals but got on a rowing machine for the first time which was interesting.....

AMAZING!
I am amazed at myself: I completed Jillian's 30 Day Shred and have been doing Ripped in 30, both of them being 25 minute workouts. For some reason today, I decided to try Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism~ which is 45 minutes~ and DID IT!! The whole stinkin' thing!!! I can't believe it!!
