I just completed the calculations on my TDEE. With a 20% reduction, it still says I should be eating 2287 calories. I put on there 3-5 hours moderate exercise. Calorie Burn Question
I am wondering if there is any way that you can determine how many calories that you burn without having to buy an hrm. They are just so expensive and I can't do that right now. Short of just eating my alloted calories and not adding any for exercise back I really don't know what to do.

I am amazed
I was counting calories for 2 straight weeks and exercising and did not lose a pound. I went Paleo and lost 6 in 3 days and in a week I have lost 8. Flavored Carbinated Water (Clear American, etc)
Does anyone drink this stuff? What is your opinion on it? I am trying to drink more water. I will put some mio or the crystal light packs in it (i know, the aspertame is bad) but what about this stuff? A little confused
