Contemplating Aero Bars, just after some personal experiences. I'm currently riding 10 mile TT's at just over 20mph. I also want to up the mileage on long rides. Will this up my speed on TT's and will it hinder my long rides? Cheers all

worrying Heart Rate?!?!
Bought a Polar FT1 yesterday! yay! However, im slightly worried by my Heart Rate.
