Again you make your OWN GOAL with your own mode of exercise. You may walk, jog, Bike or whatever will give you MILES or Steps if you just want too count steps...

Since I did not reach my 100 Mile goal for January I will make THAT my goal for February... :)

    I crushed my January goal of 1,000 minutes (was over by a whole 19 minutes :joy: ). So I'm going to try for 1,250 minutes of exercise in February. My main method of exercise is Zumba (I'm now an instructor) and so hard to measure in miles!!

    I am in for 5,000 steps a day for the first week, then adjust. I am hoping if I bookmark this group I can find it again.

    I'm in ,will go for 150 miles. Mostly indoor with the bike on a trainer. Will sneak a outdoor ride when the Indiana winter allows....

    Looks like we're off too a good start! :) Steve I can't wait (but I know we have too) until warm weather comes and stays! I am so ready!!!! Today I got out early and it was 55 degrees/cloudy and they are calling for rain so glad I did get out early...

    Today was a good day. Husband did have Dr appointment and we had errands but we got back in time too walk the girls 4.0 Walking miles before the heavy winds and now the storms are setting in...

    Total thus far Feb 2nd: 7.0 Walking Miles...

    Hi there - I'm joining in ... Hello everyone!

    1500 mins is my target - hoping for either a 45 mins swim and 30 mins walk there and back, or 80 mins walk (or any other 300plus calorie burn) - 5 times a week. That will be a step up time wise, so I'll have to be disciplined!

    So far in Feb - 75 mins swim

    Feb Cycling Inside: 0 min
    Feb Walking: 15.8 km (190 min)
    Feb Stairs: 105 flights (84 min)
    Feb Time Total: 274 min = 4 hours 34 min
    Feb Distance Total: 15.8 km = 9.8 miles
