9/13 choose not to weigh. Had a horrible day yesterday of binge eating. :-/ But I'm on track today. One day at a time.
9/14 181.5 I don't really know why I'm binge eating. My husband is gone for at least 3 days every week and that's usually when I do it. I am so embarrassed and humiliated over my binge eating. You all are the only people who know I do it. My sweet husband knows I've done it in the past but I haven't told him about my recent 'episodes.' I get in these kinda depressed states and then binge, feel HORRIBLE, then do it again!! Besides getting trigger foods out of the house, I'm going to make it more public. I'm just going to keep track of how long I can go without a lapse. Thanks for listening.

We all have to start somewhere sweetheart. Good job! My daughter used to binge eat all the time because she's an emotional eater. Maybe you don't like it when your husband is gone.9 -

I told you that's what it was. Bless your heart. I have the same problem, and it's unbelievably sharp and painful. I hope you heal soon. Good luck at your next appointment.

@nikki062181 Thanks for taking the time to encourage and motivate others. I totally endorse all your comments. I couldn't have put them better myself.
Back in for another 10 days!A lot of people get upset by apparent weight gain when they have been working their butts off. Body weight fluctuates, both up, and down, from one day to the next depending on so many factors. From my experience:Round 15: (Target: 162) Highest, 163.8; lowest, 161; Mean, 161.8 It's slow, but I am very happy with the downward trend.- Changes often take several days to show on the scale.
- A drop is often followed by a bounce up before it settles back down. A general downward trend is the aim.
- A high sodium day usually results in water retention, unless you drink extra fluids to flush it out.
If you are making positive lifestyle changes it will lead to increased health and fitness.
Slow and steady leads to sustainable weight loss.

goal for R13 R14 R15 R16 to get under and make being under 196 lbs permanent
so it seems that getting under 196 (14 stone) is proving just as difficult at getting out of the 200's was!!
4th round lucky???
UGW 140
09/9 - 197 - still eating lower cals and drinking 10 L water a week, still in a lot of pain with (what I think is sciatica) docs appointment is set for Thursday 14th at 4:15 so i am hoping for answers then!! I had a Long 70 min walk in the west end to get some exercise .. then a quick 15 min walk myself to check out my walking pace and later 15 mins of marching on the spot, it seems to give my leg some relief. hot water bottle and sitting for the rest of the time!
10/9 -197 - 3rd day at 197! so a bounce or a drop ... ooo the suspense
11/9 -198 - and its a bounce! .. still patiently waiting on a drop!
12/9 -196.6 - The pains in my leg were terrible today, I was almost pain free on the 11th as well.
13/9 -196.6 - 1 1/2 mile walk, leg feeling much better
14/9 -196.6 - If past months are anything to go by (just less than 2 weeks till TOM arrives) I should lose a little weight over the next week (be at my lowest on the 19th) the make a small jump back up to this number (or above) then it should slowly drop off again back to here over the following week -(its happened like this over the last 3 months) - Lets see then, body is this a real pattern or am I just hopeful!!!
15/9 -196.6 - I've been to the doctor and I have sciatica, I've been referred for physio (12-16 week wait for an appointment) and told walking and recommended sciatic exercise only. Forgot to drink my water, calories very low.
16/9 -196.6 - 5th day at the same number, c'mon body .. let go of it!

Still about 2.5kg over my maintenance weight, I really let it slip over the last couple of month, so here goes...

Good luck everyone

9/15 151.1 cheese, bread, salt. This is humbling but insightful! Mono vegan diet with lots of water today. Also, very stressful day yesterday. I was grateful
For a little cheese to soothe the blow of life. Today, maybe I walk instead!

Day/Weight/Comment
9/10 257.0 I have a real issue with water retention and if I eat salty food I blow up like a balloon, and ya that's where I'm at today. So it's time to do some apple cider vinegar and juicing today and get rid of some fluids. My goal this 10 days is to get off the water wt. and get to my true wt which is probably 3-5 lbs less than this. Good luck everyone.
9/11 256.3 Did about 9000 steps yesterday, eating was ok, plan to go very light today.
9/12 256.0 Heading in the right direction. 9000 steps yesterday and ate healthy.
9/13 255.5 Revised from original post, think scale gave a bad reading.
9/14 255.1 Kinda bummed had hoped to move the needle more, i did 8500 steps and had only about 1600 cals.
9/15 253.7 I have really watched my eating this week, getting about 8500 steps per day. This is what works for me if I will stick to it. Carbs are my downfall, if I cut way back on them the wt comes off and vise versa. Feeling good.

13/9 - 230.4 my belt went in by a notch yesterday and the scale does this. Well I've 6 days for a turn around eating and exercise. Less salt. Definitely smoothie after 6. No more "questionable" meals.
14/9 - 229.8

9/12: 310.8 : Need to do workout today but very happy.
9/13: 310.8 : Didn't get a chance to workout but happy it's staying strong lol.
9/14: 310.8 : The same again. I'm just maintaining now. More water I think.
9/15: 310.8
9/16: 311.8 : Gone up because of over cals last night.6 -
Helllllooooo! I'm in again! I think I started joining this challenge in round 2 or 3? Weighing and logging daily has definitely been a huge motivator for me...along with this group as we do this together!!
SW - March 2017 - 182.4
GW - Was originally 150 but now that I expect to get there pretty soon I'm thinking I'd like to make that the top of my maintenance range...so now I'm going to shoot for 145...but get there slowly so by the time I'm there I've got a really good idea of what calorie and activity level I need to maintain to stay in that general vicinity.
9/09 - 150.4 - coming in from round 15...goal for round 16 is to break 150 and have the BMI number on my tracker not be in the "overweight" range for the first time in probably 11 years.
Day/Weight/Comment
9/10 - 151.6 - normal blip on a weekend after a big drop week....not worried.
9/11 - 151.2 - Happy Monday! I always find the work week routine easier to keep so I'm looking forward to progress in the right direction.
9/12 - 151.8 - Up early for a client this morning so my "elimination schedule" is a bit off...my activity and calories have been on point the last couple of days so I know it will come off. Just doing my typical "bounce around a pound" before it whooshes on the scale.
9/13 - 151.2 - Still bouncing around this pound
9/14 - 151.4 - and another 151 number....
9/15 - 151.0 - SOOO close LOL...I've been below 151 twice!! Just wasn't going to happen again today. Hoping to stay on track this weekend so I can break this barrier...but hubby is bringing lobster home from the east coast today so I expect a feast tonight...
9/16 - 149.0!!!!! - WHOOSH...there it is!!! BMI 24.8!!! Trust the science people!! Even when it looks like you're not progressing your body is doing what it needs to do. Consume fewer calories than you spend and it will come off. On another note....hubby's flight was delayed yesterday so the Lobster feast is tonight...and I'm going to relish in every butter drenched bite!!!

No need to thank me. We all need someone to have our backs. It's easy to get derailed on our weight loss journey when our world feels like it's going down the toilet. We need people to support us not just through our weight loss but for everything. We're like a family.8 -
Love, love, love this group! I'm really hoping to step up my water intake these 10 days. I really struggled doing that last round. My goal this round is to lose between 1 - 2lbs.
SW: 202
CW: 175
GW: 173.5
UGW: 125
09/10: 175 My Mom is still in the hospital. I've been there with her the last several days. According to the xrays, nothing has changed. Since I've been there, I haven't been getting as many steps in as I have been. I definitely didn't drink much water, and my calorie intake was low.
09/11: 176.6 Well, the whoosh I had last week, I've gained back due to lack of water consumption or hormones. My ovulation cycle is always so hard on me. I think I feel the worst then. Of course, being at the hospital and not moving much isn't great either. However, I managed to get my lesson plans done while I was there.
09/12: 175.8 Well, I managed to drink more water yesterday, and I put in about 7500 steps, which is a lot for me considering the field I work in. I hope I get back to 174.4 (where I ended last round) by the time this round ends at least.
09/13: 175 lbs Mom was moved into a rehab facility last night. She's slightly improved but no significant change. She has no strength at all. She doesn't want to be there, but she can't be alone. She doesn't want to be with us either because it's 30 minutes away from the cancer center. My husband is beside himself. I just pray that I have the strength that he and I both need to carry him through this. Upside: I managed to get 44 oz of water in the last two days. Woot! I've been struggling with just 28. So, I'm proud of that.
09/14: 176.2 I know this is from sodium due to Mexican for dinner, but after the 2 weeks we've had and no family time due to being at the hospital and now rehab, I think we deserved it. It was our first evening together as a family...just the 5 of us.
09/15: 175 I'm back to the same weight for the 3rd time. Lol I need to drink more water.
09/16: 174.4 It was such a busy day yesterday. I put in over 11,000 steps! MIND BLOWN! I even have 6 boys in my house since my sons have their buddies over.8 -

9/10 - 159 - I could deal with this steady 2-4 oz loss per day. I wish it were always linear because it's super motivating, but I know it will plateau and fluctuate soon enough. Dear body, I trust you. Love, me.
9/11 - 159.4 - and there's the bounce...no worries though. Trainer coming over this morning so getting back on track with exercise which has been pretty paltry lately.
9/12 - 158.4 - Dear body, I knew I could trust you. I give you permission to let go of another .5 lbs over the next week so we can hit goal. No hurry, take your time. You can do it! Love, me.
9/13 - 159 - boioioioioing...under calories and a little exercise, but a lot of sodium yesterday so not at all surprising. Onward and upward....errr downward!!!
9/14 - 158.6 - 38 min elliptical and a smidge under calories.
9/15 - 159 - I went to bed hungry to stay at calories and I wake up to this...stupid scale.
9/16 - 159.8 - Gaaaak - I knew it. Went to an awards dinner last night and went over calories. Chose a salad and salmon, but the dressing, sauces and bread and butter got me.

Well honestly, I just have to say kudos to you for even choosing salmon. That just makes me shiver. Lol6
