^^ Looks so pretty and yummy!
Tonight I had a tuna salad sandwich, macaroni salad, asparagus, red bell pepper and cucumber.
Is that raw asparagus on your plate? My grannie used to grow asparagus (and a ton of other stuff we all enjoyed) but we never got to eat the asparagus, because she would always eat it as she picked it right out of the garden. Don't think she could help herself - LOL! She was adorable and she loved her raw asparagus!

Your Grannie had good taste! Yep, its raw. That's my favorite way to eat asparagus.

Homemade English muffins; making more today
For a challenge I had to try a new food. Here are some rutabaga fries that I quite enjoyed. I made a second batch for a D&D campaign just to finish off the leftover rutabagas. I thought I would be the only one who ate them, but turns out they were a huge hit!
Yesterday's lunch of fried tofu, sauteed mushroom stems, on a bed of spinach and roma tomatoes, topped with a bit of Mexican blend shredded cheese
And today's very green lunch: grilled tilapia and broccoli florets on a bed of spinach and avocado, topped with more cheese, lemon juice, and greek yogurt
