Been learning more about how my body deals with sugars/carbs/fats/proteins versus normal people. My metabolism is crazy all over the place and hard to track.1

I have been learning that due to me being the only one in the office with qualifications to provide advice, I am the one that's lumped with all the jobs dealing with clients when the boss is away, and I'm not paid enough to deal with this shite0

I am trying to learn to live in the moment and be fully present in what I am doing at that moment rather than thinking/planning what needs to be done next hour/day/week, etc.
It's not easy for me to do1 -
I am learning, training myself, to have better communication with people. Sometimes I say the wrong thing or in a very confusing (awkward) manner. Takes my forever to find the right words.0

I'm beginning to think so too. When I'm there it seems like here doesn't exist. Vice versa. Reality must then be where we are present?0
