    Hi,
    I think this challenge could really help me. My goals are to drink 1 gallon of water daily, exercise 5 days and log my food daily. Best wishes to everyone!

    9/20 352.2 I'm not sure if I should set a goal weight for this round...

    Hang in there! Try something that surprises your body... a new exercise, no carb dat, etc. drink lots and lots of water. It'll come off, you've got this!
