40 minutes of biking on rollers (again - I'm liking these 40 minute programs GCN puts out)

January goal: 24 hours (1,440 minutes)
1/1: 60 minutes (elliptical)
1/2: 45 minutes (elliptical)

Goal is 24 hours or 1440 minuutes, so far 4 hours and 11 minutes or 251 total minutes4 -

3rd Jan: 40 minutes (20 minutes rowing, 20 minutes strength/kb).
Total: 1 hour 40 minutes.

Don't be!! for the most part this is a great community and most people are willing to help! just dive in and make small changes to start. it makes it easier to keep going! one or two things until it becomes habit and then you can adjust and move on to the next one!6 -
