New to Myfitnesspal
I am a 6-year-old male. I joined four days ago and am making good progress in losing weight so far. I much prefer the Myfitnesspal screen to Noom, which requires you to use a phone. I found that difficult, but using my pc and/or tablet works much better. I am optimistic that this is the right program for me.

Hello! I am returning to Fitness Pal to manage my food intake. I have Type 2 diabetes and currently taking monjourno. The Glp1 medications only work with a good diet. Eating too much or wrong foods will make you sick. I am on a roll so far. I have lost 12 pounds in 3 weeks.
