Today is day one for me. This journal is so cool. I love that it knows the calorie count and food type automatically. Does anyone have a success story to share with me? Been battling weight my whole life.

I joined yesterday. I've lost 75 lbs. over the last year and a half. :happy: I want to loose another 30 to 35 lbs. These last few pounds have come off hard :frown: - so I thought I'd given this a try. Let me know the successes you've had.

This is the day to be thankful and count thoes calories
I am new to the site but I started counting calories 11-6-07. It seems to be the only way I can lose weight. When I have all my allowed calories for the day I QUIT! I may only get one meal today.:smile:

I just wanted to say, that this is possibly the best website i've come accross in a long time...totally beats keeping track manually (which i always lost anyway - so I had to start over)... I'm aiming to loose about 15-20 pounds by next summer, and I plan to keep it off for ever (we'll see how it will actually turn out)…

I'm training for the Disney Half-Marathon in January. I recently hurt my groin so I have been out for a few weeks. I have never had to count calories but at 30 my metabolism is slowing down. Especially not running. So, here I am!

okay so my daily calorie goals is 1200-1300, and i usually never go over that, but today i took a 50 minute long bike ride (4-6 miles) and burned 726 calories. so it gave me those calories from the exersize to eat. am i supposed to eat those? because i ate all but 100 of those :ohwell: 1789 calories. did i eat to much…
