    Yesterday was a good day...took the stairs 3 times vs the elevator and ate 5 to 6 servings of fruits and veggies

    Monday...Kettleballs, 45 minutes
    Tuesday...Jogging, 52 minutes

    Total, 96 minutes

    managed to scrap up 42 minutes biking some errands and to son's ballgame

    Hey! Been out of town last week, sorry I didn't update. But I'll tell you now that I did a lot of swimming and walking around while I was gone, and made sure to do my regular Chalean Extreme routine too.

    This week so far:
    Sunday- 35 min of Burn Circuit 3
    Monday- 30 min of Fat Blaster & 20 min workout-am
    40 min of Burn Circuit 1
    Tuesday- 45 min of Cardio Party 1

    Total- 170 min, I have 190 min to go!

    I'm kinda doubting I'll make the 360 especially with the holiday weekend...we'll see. I'll still move when I can. If I wasn't so freaking tired it would help.

    Tonight my hubby is with the boys playing basketball, I'll be home by myself so I am gonna try to do a more than my scheduled 50 min of Chalean, maybe some turbo jam or P90X too... we'll see!!!!!!

    I am so in starting Monday........ This has been a bad week for me due to being sick and weak.... but hopefully the doctor can fix that today so i can get back on the ball.

    Some weeks are like that...can you ride a bike to do errands...really pumps up the exercise time and gets things done

    So it's been a craptacular week for me. I started feeling sick Tuesday morning and it's been getting worse. As a result:

    Monday - 45 min. (10 min. jumping rope, 20 min. on elliptical and 15 min. weightlifting)
    Tuesday - None
    Wednesday - None

    I may try and go for a walk tonight after dinner, but I doubt I'll be in the gym, since whatever I have is starting to settle into my chest. I'm really hoping this goes away and I feel better for the weekend - if so, I might be able to salvage this week and end up with a respectable exercise amount, but I'm not going to push it if I'm still feeling sick.

    So, I know we are going to a parade this weekend, as well as fireworks. I'll also have access to a pool all weekend so I'm going to make a plan and see if I can't come up with 300 mins this weekend. I know I can, we'll see if I actually do that much moving though.
