360 minutes a week exercise challenge

55 minutes of moving dry wall from the trailer to the basement (heart thumping and I thought I was gonna die)...add that one for today for 389 calories...whoo hooo0

Mon - 100 min cardio gym
Tue - 45 min walking (slow pace outside)
45 min cleaning
Wed - 130 min cardio
Thu - 95 min cardio
Fri - 108 min cardio
30 min (slow pace walk outside)0 -
Monday- 104 min bike riding (half pulling my 20 pound child behind me!)
Tuesday- 60 min zumba
Wednesday- 65 min Body Pump
Thursday - 65 min zumba toning (zumba with light weights, I used 3#ers)
Friday- took off, sick :sick:
Saturday- 60 min zumba
Sunday- 60 min Body Pump
Total min 444
K so obviously I haven't gone to Body Pump yet, but this way (even tho I want to go) I have no choise!
Monday-today 2708 calories burned .. body pump is usually around 350 so right around 3000 calories burned for this week!0 -

I'm currently 151lb!!!! and am trying to get down to 140. My downfall is food. I have a very sweet tooth and I can manage to get through the day but usually feel like snacking at night. I don't keep snack foods in the house anymore. I'm on 1300 calories a day.0 -
Mon - 25 mins. shred
Tues - 25 mins. shred, 20 mins. walking.
Wed - 30 mins. walking (no shred)
Thurs - 25 mins. shred, walked to the pool - 20 mins., swam for probly about 40 - always with a toddler, although they are lighter in the pool. hehe
Sat - walked at the park/farm for about 4 hours. This should totally put me over the 360 minutes. I will do some actual workouts today though. I'd like to get in my shred and some elliptical time. I'm hoping this will jump start me into the next week as well.0 -

OK...grand tally is 361 minutes of active exercise...made it by 1 extra minute

tuesday: 45 min elliptical and 15 weights
...the way this week is going i don't know that i'll reach 360 but my goal is to get at least 30 minutes in everyday for the rest of the week
add 40 min run for wednesday and 80 min walk today so now i am up to 207...153 to go
friday: nothing-sick
saturday: 3+ hours of cleaning for my brother's grad party so no real workout
sunday: 25 min rollerblading
so real working out 232 minutes but with cleaning over 400 not bad for a busy week!!!0 -

I think cleaning counts if it's extra and not the normal putting dishes away...You should count it!!!0 -

Total = 585 even if i remove weds because it was mainlt shopping , gardening and cooking Im still good lol0 -

Last week I finished with a total of 553 min. I don't really think I can keep that up this week, but I'll try.
Mon - 85 min cardio in the gym0 -
Week 1, day 1
20 mins body attack class (left early as it was sooooo boring but got on the treadmil instead)
30 mins incline walking (tedious but satisfying due to the calories burned)
35 mins spinning (great, my favourite class, love it!!!!!!)
5 mins abdominal work (ouch!)
Total 90 mins, 270min left to go!!!!
