    Well for today makes 70 mins and I intend to walk another 30 on the treadmill tonight

    Monday - day off, boo
    Tuesday- zumba 60 min
    Wednesday- body pump 66 min and running around at the park 40 min.
    Thursday- walking pushing stroller 36 min, eliptical 32 min

    126 min left!

    slow start this week but...
    monday: 20 minutes of kickball at field day :)
    tuesday: 27 minutes running
    wednesday: 12 hour workday but...10 minutes dancing with preschoolers and 30 minutes running :)
    thursday: 20 minutes walking
    107 total...i fully intend to kick my butt the next 3 days!!! will i get to 360 prolly not but i'm going to try my best to get close!

    This weeks totals so far:
    Mon- 130 min
    Tues- 78 min (running for 20 min and kenpo for 58 min)
    Wed- 38 min (Chalean Extreme Burn Circuit 2 for 38 min)
    Thur- 68 min (Chalean Extreme Burn Interval and Ab Burner for 60 min)

    Total= 314 min, 46 min remaining

    Going to surpass this, we are staying at my parents tonight, I will definitely be doing some swimming tonight, and tomorrow on top of my regular workouts! Good week of workouts for me!

    Tues- circuit training and cardio = 75 mins
    Weds- no workout
    Thurs - circuit and cardio = 100 mins
    Fri - circuit and cardio = 100 mins

    Damn still need another 90 mins geesh I been slacking this week !!!!!!!

    I was going to do the shred last night as well but didn't. Not sure I'm going to get in 177 minutes today. Hmmm, I did go to the park yesterday with my girls though. That was about an hour of walking around...

    total for the week: 325...not 360 but i am totally proud of this number :)

    Is it too late to join? I've been doing really good on the eating, but tend to slack off on the exercise. I try to walk 2-3 times a week for an hour, but it would help me alot to be accountable to someone else! How does this work? When do you post?

    I did do quite a bit of cleaning today too. It was more than I first thought because I rememberd I had to clean puke all morning. I'll just say I failed this week. I tried, but it was a long, tiring week. I'm hoping this coming week is much easier to sleep and workout.

    Total 264 min, remained 96 min.
    Hard weekend to exercise, we were outside all day Saturday and Sunday but they were both sitting events. Ate... ok and maintained my weight thru the weekend.

    Gonna make this week much better!

    Not too late to join. We are starting a new week. Mon - Sun, just post your minutes of working out, moving. Just look back at a couple of the lasts posts and you'll see about what people are doing. Its super easy, and seeing it in black and white helps with accountability and motivation. For me, just have a number to work towards helps get me moving.
