I would like to join the running challenge, even though November is almost over. I am recovering from injury so I will set my goal for 80km / 50miles for the month. I ran 10km this morning. Now to figure out how to make the ticker. I am new to MFP so please add me as a friend so I can help support my fellow runners.

Did a couple loops of my frozen trail for 6.1mi. A little slippery, but that's what trail shoes are for.

Thanks! I really wanted to get a lot more miles in this month, but it just hasn't worked out that way. I'm happy though.

Well done to all who've hit their goal already especially those in the snow! Funny that, we are experiencing a heatwave down under and it is now 38C (that's 100F according to Google) as I write this sentence!!

I hear you! I have 2 5Ks scheduled in the next week and they seem to mess with my daily runs.

Perfect 58* sunny morning for a 'long run' Had planned on doing 10, but it was so nice out I ended up doing 11.3. That was my longest run so far. Feel like I'll be in good shape for my first 15k in February and my first half in April.
