    11/4 - 4 miles
    11/5 - 5 miles
    11/6 - 4 miles
    11/9 - 6.1 miles (olympic triathlon @ 8:30 pace)
    11/11 - 4 miles
    11/12 - 8 miles
    11/13 - 4 miles
    11/16 - 13.1 miles (race @ 8:09 pace) + 2 miles (ran back to the hotel)
    11/18 - 5 miles
    11/19 - 8 miles
    11/20 - 5 miles
    11/22 - 8 miles
    11/23 - 18 miles

    Total: 115 miles
    Goal: 160 miles

    11/4 - 3.4 miles
    11/7 - 3.75 miles
    11/11 - 3 miles (went on vacation, did lots of walking, but only ran once)
    11/17 - 3.2 miles. 32 and snowy - what a welcome home from 80 deg orlando!
    11/20 - 3 miles (I'm counting the elliptical because of the 7+ feet of snow)
    11/22 - 3 miles (still buried under 7 feet of snow, gym still closed)
    11/24 - 4.2 miles - Finally back outside! I felt like I could have run forever.

    Had a cold I couldn't shake for almost the entirety of the past 2 weeks so don't think I'll make even my cut back challenge for this month :( Then again I could try... Updating for my run last night anyway.

    Not going to make my goal for the month. Work was busy last week and I missed some runs and now I have an achy hip :( Hopefully it's feeling better soon so I can get a few long runs in before my next half.

    11/2 - rest day
    11/3 - 6.72 miles

    11/7 - 6.3 miles - okay I'm going to whine about the 25 mph wind out of the North. But will say it was cool to see the sun coming up in the East while the moon was going down in the West.
    11/8 - 9.53 miles
    11/9 - 4.42 miles
    11/10 - 8.13 miles
    11/11 - 4.42 miles
    11/12 - rest day
    11/13 - 8.62 miles - oh good night it's cold, I don't know how you folks in the North do it.
    11/14 - 2.84 quick out and back running a 5K tomorrow 22 degrees this morning
    11/15 - 3.1 5K - PR'd 29:05
    11/16 - rest day
    11/17 - 4.4 of the longest most boring dreadmill miles ever
    11/18 - 5.6 miles 20F feels like 10
    11/19 - rest day
    11/20 - 8.13 miles - balmy 41 this morning
    11/21 - 5.25 miles - my goal was so close, but I was running (literally) late this morning and couldn't get the 8 miles in to reach goal.
    11/22 - 8.13 goal!!!!!!!
    11/23 - 7.7 miles - windy but beautiful 62F at 5:15 this morning - nice!

    Total: 113.7 miles out of 100

    Nov 5 - strength/weights
    Nov 6 - 4.5 miles
    Nov 7 - rest, unplanned but trainer cancelled. :(
    Nov 8 - Biking 38 miles
    Nov 9 - 4 miles had to end early
    Nov 10 - rest day
    Nov 11- 3.4 miles
    Nov 12 - Strength/weights
    Nov 13 - 4.5 - felt really good. Last two runs had to quit early for various reasons. You don’t want to know -TMI.
    Nov 14- strength/weights
    Nov 15 - 4.0 miles
    Nov 16 - Biking, 40 miles
    Nov 17 - rest
    Nov 18 - 3.5 miles and strength training
    Nov 19- rest - didn’t mean to, overslept. :(
    Nov 20 - 4.5
    Nov 21 - Strength training
    Nov 22 - Had to clean the house which had been neglected. Took all day but now it’s so nice. Hope it stays till Thanksgiving!
    Nov 23 - 4.0
    Nov 24 - 3.5

    Got a 5K on Thanksgiving morning also.

    11/15 22 miles - 111 << Last super long run before my marathon in 3 weeks.

    *Have to make a correction. My marathon is actually 4 weeks away, so I will do one more 18 mile long run this coming Sat.

    Only 5.3 miles today, was finding it hard to motivate myself even though it was a beautiful day outside I just didn't feel like a long run so will be out again tomorrow hopefully with more enthusiasm.
    57.3 miles done 12.7 to do.
