    ^^Woot!

Today I actually refused to give in to a clients demands. She and I both knew she was asking for too much. In the past I would have worked till midnight if I had to. Not today!

294 - An 8 mile run last night, exhausted after and sore. The first 4 miles were great, but after that my miles slowed down. But still 8 completed with walking.

New beginings are not always easy. I think it was easier to lose 100 pounds than make the decision to separate. Life will get good again.

I had a great day with my husband. He is my best friend. We are on this weight loss journey together. For me it really helps having him in my corner.

When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change. . . . Separating my life from my husband's is possible. But it will not happen all at once.

Not everyone will understand my journey, this is Ok. It is not theirs to understand, it's mine.

302 - 3 hours on hold with the IRS today and then 30 minutes speaking with a very kind woman who helped put my mind at ease somewhat with Dad's estate.

305 - ever so grateful my father-in-law did not lose a finger today in an accident moving a four drawer fire safe cabinet, 700 pounds at least. He needs stitches, that's all. Ever so grateful because this could have been so much worse.
