Tested this today at the end of my workout. Here is the progression:
    135x5
    205x5
    245x3
    275x1
    295x1
    315x5
    295x3
    225x15

I may have had one more in the tank with a spotter or in a power rack.

Jesus Nate - damn impressive. And seriously - some vids so I can motivate some lazy boys here.

    I'm jealous of 315x5.

Odd sets, Is that the order you lifted? if so to get 225x15 after all that you are a champ.

I wanted to do most of my work at the higher weight. It is pretty much a pyramid scheme except I singled the last few sets up to the heavy set. Just to get a feel for the weight. I didn't lift last week so it helped.

If you're going to test your 225 max I'd probably cut out a majority of the middle of that. Strong boy you are, though.

I wanted to do a burnout set at the end after my heavy work. The test wasn't my main reason for lifting yesterday.

CW: I always found incline to be harder on my shoulders than flat bench but decline was usually pretty good.

I agree, but I've narrowed my grip on both the decline and incline and that really reduces the amount of incidental work they get on the flat.

    Digging decline right now.

Is getting T levels checked part of a normal physical, or do you have to pay extra for it typically? I've never had it done, but I'd be curious to see what mine were. I just assume they're fine since I want to smash weights and everything else in my site if you know what i'm sayin...

I requested is specifically, it's not normally done.

There's a few indicators like fatigue that had me concerned, so I asked for it, and my doc said, make it so.

Yeah, fatigue is generally the first indicator. Generally feeling like a bag of **** and weakness are big signs.

I'm a few years older than you and I gotta tell you that fatigue does set in. Or I am just old and its par.

Anyway, I have to call my doctor about a v-procedure anyway, I think I am going to request this. Thank you for sharing this - I didn't know you had to specifically request it.

I couldn't do 225 a year ago. In the club now. My max at 225 now sits at 3.
