I am not at my goal weight by any means but my success is slowly but surely progressing. I started at 189lbs and weigh 131lbs now, I am 4'11.5", it has definitely taken me to get a grip on my diet. Look at my profile picture for the difference. :D

No photos because I'm technologically-challenged and don't have time right now, but 5'2.5" (5'3" on a good day), down from 195 lbs (ish) to 121 lbs as of this morning. And yes, you may ending up be able to eat a fair amount when you're at goal weight. I'm 42 years old and my calories are 1700, 2000 on workout days.

I'm 5'1.5 currently weighing 127 lbs. At my biggest I was 250 lbs. This was Halloween, 2009.

Early 2010, I found out I was pregnant with my last baby. She was born December 15, 2010. I had Gestational Diabetes and lost 70 lbs while pregnant with her. After she was born I weighed in at 180 lbs.

    acyartdkq2zg.jpg

Well by September 2011 I had let myself go, I was back up to 220 lbs. I was disgusted with myself and decided on September 22, 2011 that this would be the day that I would make a big change in my life. I took this photo for a reminder of the day my life would change.

    pmp2pa2xleli.jpg

I currently weigh 127 lbs, but I had gotten down to 117 lbs, my goal is 110 lbs. I let life get in my way and become my excuse, I was lucky to only gain 20 lbs back, but now I'm only 10 lbs up from my smallest.

    My face changed a lot...

I'm also getting a nice booty, lots of squats in the gym time.

And here you can see more changes...

  • I'm 5'3' too. When I went from high school to college my self esteem was really low, I weighed around 145lbs and felt really squishy. Over the last year I've lost 20lbs and feel a lot better, but want to get down to my goal of 110lbs. When I tell people my goal they always get this obnoxious concerned/shocked look on their face, but when you're shorter, it really does show on you.

I'll get there, 14lbs to go! Much love to all the small ladies!

Five three, down to 122 lb, just a little farther to go. However, I have no money. lol. just a smaller body with slightly baggy skin. Which had better tighten up.

I am 5'3", and my goal weight is 130. Let's just say I am nowhere near there right now! But I agree, being short means there is nowhere to hide extra weight, and it really shows. I love the pictures posted here! Very motivating.

Very motivating, I'm at 149 my heaviest was 170 I am 5'0". I had lost then gained now i'm trying to lose again, I hope to get to 120 but I would be happy to get to 130 for my wedding in September, I bought my dress this past weekend so I don't want to lose too much i'm afraid my dress won't look right even after altering if I lose too much. As you know at 5' 30lbs is significant and makes a big difference in size. Thanks for the motivation.

I float somewhere between 5'0 and 5'2 (well that's what I tell myself lol) As you can see from my profile picture, I was a hefty little mama lol. My goal weight is 130 but I've been "stuck" around 140-143 but I am noticing the inches slowing going away. Being so short, our weight makes us look so round (well it did for me). My mother always told me my frame was too small for the weight I was carrying and now I believe her because I can't believe i was carrying around almost 200 lbs on a 5'2 ish frame.

5'1" here (if even that, really...) My goal when I started was to lose 20 pounds. I've lost practically 35 and look and feel the best ever in my life! And I did it as a middle-aged woman. I went from 140 at my heaviest to 105.4 as of this morning.

I'm 5'3", highest weight was 149, I got down to my lowest of 102 last year. This year it has slowly crept up and I'm at around 114. I am trying to get back down but my main goal is to improve body composition with heavy lifting. Once my weight is back down I'm considering doing a bulk.
