Wow!!! How'd you do it so quickly?! Almost 7 lbs in 9 months is crazy!!! I, myself, need to lose about 35 lbs in 6 months, so I'd love to know what worked for you!

No Secret....sorry Just a sustanable calorie deficit, lifting heavy (The book "The new rules of lifting for women" changed my life) and patience.....a lot of patience.

I'm 5'3", highest weight was 149, I got down to my lowest of 102 last year. This year it has slowly crept up and I'm at around 114. I am trying to get back down but my main goal is to improve body composition with heavy lifting. Once my weight is back down I'm considering doing a bulk.0

Still some loose skin, but it is way better. Nothing but time, strength training and lowering BF%

I'm 5'1" - I've been as low as 95 lbs (with an eating disorder) and as high as 135 (after my third baby was born. These days I hover around the 108-112 range (depending on TOM and how I've been eating). I eat around 1500 cal/day and lift heavy twice a week with 1-2 cardio days (running or turbokick). I used to work out harder and eat less, but I was miserable, and hubby likes a few curves on me anyway0

5'3" as well. Highest weight 240-something in 2008. MFP start weight 208 in Sept. 2013. As of this morning 139.5, almost 70 lbs. lost! Currently aiming for about 130 and see how I feel and look at that point. The first 60 pounds were actually quite easy to lose, the last 10, between 150 and 140 took damn near 6 months. Honestly, if the next 10 take that long, I'm perfectly ok with that. This has been a long process, but I'm completely relearning how to eat, manage food, and exercise, trying to find some healthy balance in my life. If you care to look at my profile pics, there is one at my heaviest, and several from along the way.0

I'm 4'11". My highest weight was 230. I started MFP this June at 210 lbs. I'm currently at 160. I'd like to get down to 125.0

At 5'2" my highest was 180. It has been a year to steadily lose 35 lbs. but I'm not complaining. Though I'm 60 yo long-time friends say I look as though I've lost 20 years
I still have 15 lbs. to goal. I'm glad costco has $14.99 jeans - I've gotten 2 pair each time I've gone down a size (18, 16, 14 and now 12).

I'm 5'1" and about 143 at the moment. I started six weeks ago when the scale hit 155 and I got disgusted with myself and decided to do something about it once and for all. I've been as low as 105 but I'm targeting 115 as my goal weight since I think that's more sustainable for me.
So it's early days yet, but I'm bumping this because I find this thread incredibly motivating. I hope to be back here posting my own success story down the line!0 -
I'm 5'2. My highest weight was 134 in highschool, and after my first baby, I guess metabolism kicked in and I went down to 113. I've stayed there for 13 years with the exception of unintentionally going down to 102, but with no muscle I looked gross. Now, I'm back at 113, and all my fat is in my hips, butt, and belly. Still. So I recently got serious about working out, and I've so far lost 2 inches off my waist and an inch off my hips. Slow but steady...0
