    That's amazing! What a difference!

You look smaller at 176 than I do at 141. You're obviously very fit and doing this the right way. Good for you!

hi! :) I am 5'4", 30 years old, and am currently 112 lbs; recently up from 109 :( For most of my life, I have been between 120-130 lbs, but in my early 20s, I developed an eating and exercise disorder and dropped down to about 93 lbs. Since then, I have been everything from low 90s to mid 120s, but my goal is to sit around 110 (though I wouldn't complain about 105!). I feel and look my best when I'm right around 110.

And YES, I agree--- EVERY SINGLE POUND is noticed on a small frame, OH MY!! It's amazing how different I look between 115 ad 110, even!

If I'm being honest (and I try to do that more often these days), body acceptance, controlled exercise, and non-obsessive eating is a daily struggle. But it's something that I'm working on.

I exercise 4x/week for 60 minutes at intense intervals on the elliptical and I also do a lot of walking (mostly because I love it). I also do ab work because ...who doesn't want a flat stomach with definition?? :)

I wish I could add two or three inches to my height, but... being short isn't so bad :) I appreciate this post and seeing all of the progress that is being made here-- WOW!!! GREAT job!!! :)

I'm 5' 1", and at my highest weight was 141. I lost 26 pounds and was maintaining at 115 when work got really busy and I started eating too much of all the wrong things. Now I'm back to MFP and trying to lose 10 pounds. I love this board - I think those of us who are "vertically challenged" have to work extra hard for every pound...plus on us, every 5-6 pounds is a pant-size (at least on me it is).

ok, here goes, 61in tall; 61y old. The first pic was my wake-up call. I was 128-130lb menopausal and looked it (Dec 2009). Then there a couple of maintenance pics, 105lb, followed by a couple I snapped this lunchtime on my way to my swimming lesson (101lb) - don't you just love my December swimsuit!
I have been in maintenance since Feb 2011, but still need to
work on the fitness side of things.

I lost at around 1500 until the last 20 pounds, then I ended up at 1350. I now maintain at around 1600.

I'm 5 feet and started somewhere north of 180 pounds. As of this morning I weighed in at 132. I'm still trying to figure out where to stop but I think it's going to be somewhere around 125. I've never been this weight before so I don't have a weight that I know I can get to based on past experiences. I do want to see defined abs so trying very hard to lean out some more. Below is my progress on that. I've been at this 2 years, 3 months.

I'm 5'1, and almost 53 years old. Weight went from 178 to 110.

I look just like you! I mean, as you were. I'm 52, 5'2 and about 150 lbs. Sometimes I look at these before/after fotos and think they can't be real. I just can't imagine being able to be one of these "after" people. But I am banking on the idea that patience, diligence and hard work will finally pay off. I just hope I can stick with it this time and become and AFTER photo. Thank you so much!
