    I'm glad this thread was revived. I've been spending a couple hours a week at the local Y pool. I alternate between laps backstroking, and doing exercises/treading water in the deep end.

    I had taken a couple deep water exercise classes at a different Y branch, and really enjoyed them, but they don't really suit my schedule.

    I'd love recommendations of some videos that would give me more ideas of exercises I can do in the deep end.
