    Took a rest day yesterday instead of saturday, and made today Tabata Strength. I maxed out at 10:09. Best time of all Tabata Strength ive done the past two weeks. Tomorrow is Friday Fight and then rest day, and begins MONTH 2!

    That's awesome!

    I did FF Round 2 today, and I maxed out at 6.22. I know Shaun T says it's his hardest workout, but I found Max Out Cardio to be harder. And I still think Speed 3.0 is his hardest workout, but that's just me.

    Congrats on getting week 1 done. If you don't have a heart rate monitor, I would do aerobics - general, low or high impact. I always put my Insanity/T25 workouts there when I didn't own a HRM.

    Finished up week 2 last night with Friday Fight round one. Maxed out at 12:20. One minute longer than last week.

    Finished Month 1 today, maxed out at 8:40 with Friday Fight. And tomorrow begins Max Out Month 2, with Max out Cardio.

    Today was Max Out Cardio. I lasted about 33 seconds longer, lol.

    Max Out Power today and lasted over a minute longer. Those pulses are rough.

    Max out Cardio today, was rough! Cuz I did a thigh workout and battling a cold. Maxed out at 4:43, so I bet it will increase as the weeks go on and im back on top. The moves are fun though!

    Did better, first time doing Max Out Power and I maxed out at 11:09. So happy, so proud, even with sore thighs I made it work. <3

    Max Out Strength today. I maxed out at 6.08. I missed doing this one last week b/c I was too sore to do anymore strength work, so I ended up replacing with Max Out Cardio.

    Awesome! I just finished up week 2 of Friday Fight today, increased my max out time by 20 seconds. I'm maxing out in the upper 8 minutes, I'll be shocked if I can get to 12 at some point!

    Friday Fight Round 2. I maxed out at about the same that I did last week. Those "floor hops" are so hard.

    Two more weeks to go!

    Completed Week 1 Day 2, those tricep dips were killer! Could only do a few of them. Aiming for more next time. Maxed at 8:06

    Completed Week 1 Day 3. This was killing after following a day of Tabata Power. Maxed at 10:55. Did some mods for the sake of my knees. I hope my coordination will improve as the weeks go.. I feel like my feet are tripping over each other.

    I finished Max 30 last week, and I decided to post my results. I lost 6 pounds and a total of 9 inches:

    2.5 chest
    2 waist
    2 hips
    1.5 thighs
    .5 triceps
    .5 calves

    I hope you all complete the program and have even better results. I'm moving onto PiYo.

    Back on track with Week 1 of month 2, did Max Out Sweat today maxed out at 6:46. Burned 515 cals. Been on vacation cross country and forget my dvds, so I had to improvise with daily walking and 3 visits to the gym for the week I was away! :) Glad to be back and looking forward to finishing max 30 now.

    Aww amazing results! Wish we could have finished together but glad to see this :) Congrats and have fun with Piyo.

    From reviews, it is said that results are like 20-30lbs lost
    Idk about the details but isnt that a little low lost?
    unless you weigh less or something (based on the idea higher fat % = more weight loss)
